Description

Indication

Peripheral Neuropathies.

Megaloblastic anaemia caused by vitamin B Deficiency.

 

Vitamin B1, plays a vital role in the metabolism of fatty acids essential for the maintenance of nerve myelin, Prolonged B„ deficiency can lead to nerve degeneration and irreversible neurological damage.

MUROZ (Methyl cobalamin a Superior form of B12) offers * Methyl cobalamin is a highly bioavailable form of Bistate does not require intrinsic factor. * Production of Genetic Materials DNA and RNA. * Synthesis of Red Blood Cells. * Needed to produce Myelin. * Methyl cobalamin is already in the active form. * B12 supplements greatly improves cognitive function in elderly.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Peripheral Neuropathies The Usual Dose for adults is 1 ampoule (500mcg of Mecobalamin) a day. Administered intramuscularly or intravenously three times a week. The dosage may be adjusted depending on the patient’s age and symptoms.

Megaloblastic Anaemia the usual dose for adults is 1 ampoule (500mcg of mecobalamin) a day. Approximately after 2 months of medication, the dose should be reduced as single administration at 1 to 3 months interval for maintenance therapy.
